ABOUT
Since 2014, PCG has designed, developed and conducted leadership training and development programs for senior executives in the US Intelligence Community and in academia. Not just a training company, PCG consults in the area of organizational development with emphasis on strategic planning and the application of disruptive technologies. OUR LEADERSHIP
Rear Admiral Larry Poe, USN (Ret.) completed careers in both the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the United States Navy retiring from the CIA in 1998 and from the U.S. Navy in 2003. Currently, as president of Poe Consulting Group, Inc., he served as a senior consultant in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and for the CIA. In both organizations, he assumed senior-leadership positions in the areas of training and development, information technology, military and Intelligence Community affairs.
Captain Gerald Poe Sr., US Air Force (Ret.) served as a Vietnam-era B-52 combat Pilot and a commercial airline pilot; he has an FAA commercial multi-engine instrument-rated pilot license.
Kristin Poe, MBA, PMP serves as a management consultant/program project manager.
Barbara Poe, MPA, serves as an Executive Career Transition Planning coach.
